Posted by Rachael (Sussex) on 6/4/2011, 14:03:26 www.burntgate.co.uk/special-diets/ Found this whilst searching for places to eat out, just wondering if anyone has visited? Thanks Rachael .................................................................................................... Posted by Karen (Essex) on 6/4/2011, 14:21:27, in reply to "The Burnt Gate - Has anyone eaten here?" Yes, it's very nice. When we went there were some gluten free items on the GF menu made with GF flour - not just your normal steak and jacket potato. It's not open one day a week though - so best to check. Best to book too.

The Burnt Gate - Has anyone eaten here? Posted by ianb GF board ... Eaten there twice and each time the staff knew what I could and not not have, the food and service was great and no problems after. I would highly recommend it. You might also want to have a look at The Spotted Cow which is not that far away and also does really nice GF food www.burntgate.co.uk/special-diets/The Burnt Gate, Hopley Road, Burton upon Trent, DE13 9PY Staffordshire Tel: 01283 563664

excellent GF Pub in Burton on Trent Posted by Lisa on 9/8/2012, 19:08:22 81.153.54.x Hi all I know this may be saved somewhere but I wanted to recommend The Burnt Gate Inn at Anslow, near Burton on Trent. We went yesterday & they are so gluten free friendly. My CD daughter & I were both given GF menus (yes a childs GF menu!)& were treated really well. The food was lovely & they even ensured I had a GF choclate with my coffe instead of the biscuit my husband had. Full Marks to them. www.burntgate.co.uk/
