Well, Ludon airport (after you've gone through check in) has on the right hand side corner a cafe called 'The Real Cafe' which does quite a good selection of gluten free stuff. bacon, eggs, beans, chips and unlimited free refil ls of tea/coffee. All for about £5.

GF Fish and Chips in Luton
Posted by Geraldine on 26/1/2015
We recently found out that our local chip shop, has started as of January 2015 doing GF fish and chips on Mondays. It's in Wigmore Lane, near Asda.
We went there for lunch today, both had senior citizen size portions. My husband had GF, I had glutenous batter on my fish. Service excellent, and we both enjoyed our lunch. Cost was £7.99 each, that included a cup of tea. They had vinegar marked GF, which the waitress brought out without being asked.
Premises nice and clean, will definitely go again, though might next time have our fish and chips wrapped to bring home.
Have really missed being able to go to this chippy in the 5 years since husband's diagnosis. Did say to the girl who served us, that it would be even better if they did GF every day.
