I have a similar book by Alice Sherwood called Allergy Free cooking, which also has recipes that you can adapt to make egg, dairy, gluten or nut free. The author has a son who is allergic to eggs and nuts. I seem to have collected a lot of cookery books since I was diagnosed, but I do use them and I cook and bake a lot more that I used to.
