I have bought a copy of Lucinda Bruce Garde's recipe book (the Genius bread creator) and I think it is ideal for anyone who is newly diagnosed. It has some information about following a gf diet and it also has recipe's with adaptations for gf, egg and lactose intolerances. I was quite impressedwith it.
