Another simple recipe - homemade burgers

Even my husband liked these:
1 lb lean mince 1 onion chopped finely 2 eggs beaten lots of ground black pepper garlic pinch of salt oregano tomato puree crust off gluten free loaf, chopped small
Mix together thoroughly with wooden spoon and allow to stand for a few minutes. Shape into burgers about 2cm thick.
Cook in griddle or grill or frying pan. Serve with tinned tomatoes and veg/potatoes......
