Meat balls bur-ding

Here's another quick and easy recipe. I've called it bur-ding cos when the microwave goes bur-ding at the end, it's cooked. Mix finely chopped onion with lean minced steak, add seasoning and beaten egg.
Mix well and form into balls about the size of a 50p piece.
Place in dish and add a jar of GF pasta sauce.
Cover with pierced cling film.
Cook on high for 3 mins, then medium for approx. 10 mins, (depending on power of microwave, it may need longer).
Finish with strong grated Cheddar on the top. ****************
