Yeast free bread worked

... Wanted to report back on my attempts at the yeast free bread. It worked not bad, however next time I think I might just double the quantities to make a bigger loaf. It's hard to cut when it's hot cos it crumbles, but it does say this in the recipe. It is a little like I thought - it's a wee bit like savoury cake. But it's lovely with margarine & honey! - here's my adapted version:
8 oz Juvela Harvest mix flour 2 oz gram (chickpea) flour 1/2 teasp sodium bicarbonate l l/2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teasp lemon juice 6 fld oz rice milk - I used alpro rice milk
Bake 30 minutes at 200
