Chocolate crunch.
300g/10½oz chocolate 200g/7 oz plain gluten free biscuits 100g/3½oz peanut butter 100g/3½oz icing sugar
Method 1. Melt the chocolate, crush the biscuits and mix together. Add the peanut butter then mix everything together and put in the fridge for 10-30 minutes (until it goes hard). 2. Mix the icing sugar with water then spread all the icing over the cake when it is set
