My daughter stayed in hospital recently and was very excited by the gf/wf choice. It all came in plastic containers with separate compartments, like ready meals. I'm not sure on the actual quality, but there were several choices for each dinner and pudding - and she liked the novelty of it anyway! The only thing that worried me is that with nearly every meal they made a mistake - one time the wrong soup meant for another patient, the wrong crumble, and a gf but not wheatfree bread. Luckily she checked ingredients on everything before she ate it and was able get each one swapped.

Stoke Mandeville. There was a choice of 3 main courses and 2 or 3 puddings, although I think they were the same every day so you might get bored after a while. Much better than the nothing I got there a few years ago, but it is concerning so many mistakes were made.
