We went skiing in this resort in January, staying at a Crystal Club Hotel L'Hermitage, on half board basis, and run by Crystal staff. They were reasonably clued up about gluten free food. We struggled to feed Sophie "off the menu" which was produced at breakfast each day for us to order, because for the children in the hotel they tended to cook chicken nuggets, sausages, breaded fish etc. But they were happy for us to mix and match from the adult menu and order a meal for Sophie, that she would enjoy. Adults would have no problems eating gluten free here, and the good news is, you get a free bottle of wine with your meal www.crystalski.co.uk/ski-resorts/france-ski-holidays/alpe-dhuez/residence-hotel-hermitage
