GF board
8ozs doves plain flour 4ozs butter or marg 1 egg water to mix Rub fat into flour,(don't worry if not like breadcrumbs)mix in egg and enough water to combine, a touch of olive oil makes it softer. Put onto floured board and knead for 5-10 mins, more the better it loves being handled.Put into fridge for at least 30-40 mins. You will have no trouble handling it then.Roll out as required.
