************** Potato Scones Recipe

1 oz Marg 3 oz GF Flour (I use Juvela) 12 oz Cold Mash Potato
Rub 1 oz Marg into 3 oz flour, mix with 12 oz cold mash potato and a little salt and pepper. Turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth. Divide into three pieces and roll each to a round and 6in diameter, cut into 4. Cook for 2-3 mins on each side on a fairly hot greased griddle or frying pan until golden brown.
These are lovely with a nice big fry up, and they also freeze well.
