Stuffing

This is a home made receipe. 1 Ener-g Six Flour Loaf (made into breadcrumbs) 1 onion, salt and pepper, parsley, 2 oz melted margarine. Bind all ingredients together using a food processor. I have to split all my ingredients into four even lots as food processor will not hold all ingredients in one go. This makes lovely stuffing. Any problems telephone me on 028 703 44294

Posted by Hazel (Essex) on 30/3/2004 GF board I agree Ener-G bread makes great stuffing - it's what I've been using for ages. If you have left-over turkey/chicken you can make this stuffing separately by putting it in a casserole with a lid and cooking it for 20 minutes at 200C (provided the onion is chopped in small pieces). I add a little water if using this method.
