Just to say that I made some this morning and thoroughly enjoyed them! I used Dove's GF flour, one teasp baking powder, one egg and quarter pint milk, no sugar, just salt, because I prefer savoury. They will go down well on Christmas morning with smoked salmon and crispy bacon.
