i53.tinypic.com/vhg3h0.jpgPosted by Paul in Madrid on 6/2/2011, Gf board I made them with Schar Mix B. 500g flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Xanthum gum 1.5 teaspoons dry yeast 3 dessert spoons oil 600ml warm water. Mix everything together in a bowl and then add to bread machine (on normal programme) but take out mixture when it hits the roof of the machine - usually about 90 mins for me. Spoon into small loaf tins, flatten down with a spoon (dipped in water), brush with beaten egg and bake @ 200ยบ for 20 mins. Mix B is wheat, gluten and lactose free
