Potato pasta Gnocchi and potato pasta Perle di Gnocchi are really easy to cook - just put into boiling water, and two minutes later the gnocchi will rise to the surface. These are cooked! Remove with a slotted spoon and serve with a pesto or sauce of your choice.
To cook gf pasta - boil water and cook for length of time recommended by manufacturer. Stir gently from time to time to prevent sticking (just as you would a conventional pasta). At the end of the recommended cooking time remove the pan from the heat and taste a piece of pasta. Not cooked to your liking? Leave in the saucepan. Do NOT return to heat. Do NOT stir at this time (you'll only cause the pasta to break). After a minute taste again. Still not to your liking? Leave in the saucepan. Again do NOT return to heat and do NOT stir the pasta. Leave for just half a minute and taste again. It will probably be just right at this time so drain the pasta and serve with pesto or sauce of your choice.
