As part of the site, I'm working on adding information for the "Gluten-Free Traveller". Israel Inside Out provides travel information about Israel. Discover all the hidden secrets of Israel that only the locals know – find the best places to tour with kids, which sites have wheelchair access, where to go when short of time , the holy sites and the best places to take winning photographs. The Israel Inside Out concept is simple – locals always have the inside information of their neighborhood or city; they know what to do; how to get there and even where to find the best deals in a way that a visitor could never manage. As a father to a lovely girl that has celiac, I experienced the challenge of travelling and finding where to dine. This is more challenging when travelling to countries in which English is not the main language. To assist those which are traveling to Israel, I'm collecting the information regarding gluten-free restaurants and will continue and post information regarding products and stores. You find it at israelinsideout.com/gluten-free-israel.html Any ideas and comments regarding the site are welcome - please write to eyal@israelinsideout.com Thanks Eyal Carmel www.israelinsideout.comTwitter: @israelinsideout Facebook: www.facebook.com/israelinsideouteyal
