You will need your six character booking reference and last name.

Medical meals are available to:

- All longhaul customers
- Club Europe customers
- Euro Traveller customers to/from Moscow, Athens, Istanbul, Larnaca, Sofia, St Petersburg, Bucharest and Tripoli

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all medical meal requests.

Successful GF meals with British Airways

After our recent trip to Australia and my concerns about the flights, I am writing to report that BA were brilliant both ways. We had requested a special meal via our travel agent and I was quite concerned because I could not get through to BA to confirm this (although when I checked our booking on-line just before we left it did say Special Dietary Requirement). However, I need not have worried. The various special dietary requirement meals were brought out first and our daughter was most pleased with what she got. Another advantage of her receiving her meals first was that we were able to help her sort herself out without risking contamination from us.
