Just to get an idea of what they served: Salmon with baby potatoes and veg and the usual fruit salad (they did include the bread roll and crackers but I think thy'd just forgotten to take them off the tray. Chicken in a cream and mushroom sauce with rice and veg, yeo valley yoghurt and fruit salad. I contacted this airline this morning to see if they still supplied GF meals. (14.02.2011) This is the reply: Dear Cassie, Many thanks for your below request. We no longer operate our own flights we lease all of aircraft to various airlines. From time to time we are asked to provide catering and I can confirm that we have no problem with supplying gluten free meals. For the reason I have just stated we do not have set menus but rest assure that as we use large catering companies they are all fully aware of acceptable items for each of the IATA recognised special meals.
