We've just returned from hol in Cala Galdana in Menorca, and I was delighted to find that there is a bakery in Ferreries that will make g-f bread, pizza bases and local cakes to order. It's

They also supply pizza bases to various restaurants, including 'El Pato' at El Lago in Cala'n Bosch, and a restaurant in Ferreries. I'm sure they'd tell you where else if you asked.
We stayed in Cala Galdana, and our firm favourite was 'Sa Lluna', just up the hill from Hotel Audatx. The proprietor, Pere is a lovely guy who bent over backwards to be obliging and had a good understanding of coeliac. They were happy to cook our pasta, and he bought flour whilst we were staying there especially to make g-f pizza, understanding that it had to be done when there was none of the wheat flour in the atmosphere. They have a good selection of sorbets as the 'menorquin' ice cream commonly found has gluten in it. Highly recommended.
