GF board
The last time I was in Bonn, I just remember that so many restaurants seemed to close early on weekday nights.
Breakfast time should be OK as there should be some gf items to choose from (eggs, cheeses, fruits etc), but you might want to take some crackers or bread with you. If you like to have toast then would recommend that you also bring a Toastabag.
Lunch time might be more problematic as it will be cold and you might want to eat something warming such as an erbensuppe (green pea soup), or gulash. You will need to check with the restaurants and you should take a language card with you.
Dinner should be OK as you can choose restaurants which can offer grilled meats, poached or grilled fish dishes, a variety of vegetables etc.
If you have the time, Bonn is approx a 40 min train journey from Koln. The cathedral there is magnificent and is just minutes away from the railway station. There are lots of restaurants in Koln offering a very wide choice and you should be able to eat gf, but check first with the restaurant staff.
Guten Appetit!
