Simple and delicious garlic bread Posted by Lynn M on 5/1/2005GF board
We went to my sister's for lunch at the weekend and she had made delicious garlic bread really simply. I tried it myself tonight and it worked out wonderfully. We used Schar panini rolls, slice each one into four (rounds) and spread with garlic butter (I just mixed melted butter with ready crushed garlic in sunflower oil). I then put the slices on a baking tray in the oven (gas 6) for around 10 minutes. The bread was absolutely lovely, best gf garlic bread we have had and so easy to do. Next time I make it I will put grated mozzarella cheese on top.Lyn G
