..... I live on the Island but I don't eat out much. John Henry's in Douglas were very good when I ate there recently. There's a cafe in the Avondale shopping centre that does gf cake and will do gf meals if given notice. Green's vegetarian restaurant at the train station are good on gf - I recommend them. Davison's icecream sold at many outlets is gf - just ask for it in a small dish.the Hop Garden can cope with gf. will let you know if i think of anywhere else........
