Thought i'd bung a post of my own on. As i travel alot from Bulgaria to Luton to work, see friends and family etc. I've found Luton airport to be quite easy to survive in. There's an M & S dowstairs inbetween the arrivals and departures section that sell mini cheeses for around 50p and slices of Ham, fruit, egg salads. No GF carbs, i've not see any rice puddings in a can (my old favourite carb hit on the go). Once you go through check in (upstairs) and hand a right and go to the very end there's a big cafe there (i always forget the name of it but it's huge and on the corner). You can get chips, and a decent fry up there, just ask 'em to hold the sausages. Unlimited tea/coffee (herbal too) once you've paid for the first one £2 but keep the receipt.
