They said they couldn't due to health and safety rules (which sounded reasonable). Consequently, I wrote to ASK HQ to ask if they would consider stocking GF/WF pasta and pizza bases. They wrote back - almost by return(!) - to say they had considered it but decided not to due to low demand BUT that if I take in my own, they will cook them (a lot of the pizza toppings/pasta sauces are GF). SO, if you fancy being able to join in with everyone else eating out on pasta or pizzas, take along your own to your local ASK restaurant (the more of us who do so, the more they'll get the message and cater for us... ).

I phoned our local ASK to see if they had anything on the menu that was wheat/gluten free. I was told that the salad 'might' be OK. I would never take my own base as I am sure they wouldn't understand cross contamination.
