GF board
I wrote to the catering manager of the House of Commons asking that they should label all the suitable meals in the restaurants and cafeterias there as Gluten free (they already label things as vegetarian). I have just had a very detailed reply describing the staff training that they carry out and the care they take when planning menus. They have started a pilot scheme of labelling items in one of the cafeteria's with a GF symbol and are also increasing the number of GF snack items. They say that GF bread is also available in the dining rooms. I will keep an eye on this - it seems quite encouraging.
