GF Board
A new farm shop has opened in the village supplying fantastic local meats, vegetables and general supplies. For a while I have been talking with the butcher re GF sausages etc. Went in last night, and he proudly showed me a tray of GF sausages he had made. He is very conscious of the contamination issue as well as the ingredient one, so I'm confident these will be truly GF.
There is also a cafe there too, where they sell meals as well as their homemade ice creams etc. I have chatted to the lady that owns the whole enterprise, and she is considering the GF issues in the cafe too.
Might be worth a visit if you are in the area - its Cotswold farm Fayre, at Chedworth, just off the A429 between Cirencester and Northleach in Gloucestershire. By the way, I have no link with these people except that it is our local shop
