Allium Restaurant, Fairford, Glos, highly recommended

A bit out of the way but I would wholeheartedly recommend a detour to this stunning, newish restaurant if you are in the Cotswolds. Lots of accolades already (Which? newcomer of the year award for 2005) and busy in evenings esp so book, now also doing Sunday lunch. We had a superb lunch, which came to £25 a head inc wine. Good GF awareness & choice (most dishes were OK) as you would expect. Not totally organic but quality-aware/ethical choice & sourcing of ingredients.
Apart from the Air Tattoo, Fairford is famous for the medieval stained glass in its church.
