From Fiona on GF board I stayed at a hotel in Guernsey called The Ambassador Hotel in St Martins and whilst I wasn't a coeliac at the time,I was following a wheat free diet to help with my IBS!! I phoned the Hotel to check if they could cater for me and they said no problem, I would have to supply my own bread and Pasta which I didn't bother to take, I took crackers instead. I had a full english breakfast minus sausage and fried bread and after every breakfast the owner would check with me as to what I could eat for that evenings meal as alot of it is local produce and the menu depends on what is delivered. I don't have the address or phone number to hand but the guernsey tourist board should be able to help you. www.ambassador.guernsey.net/
