I posted earlier to say we were off to Longleat Safari Park. We did take our own picnic & didn't even go in the cafes, rerstaurants etc - most of them seemed to be usual things with chips although the Cellar Restaurant did do Jacket Potatoes. They did sell ice-cream in the ice cream parlour that was all GF and you could buy this in tubs. We stayed overnight in a B&B, took our own bread, which the lady quite happily refreshed in her aga and cooked eggs, bacon, mushroom & tomatoes without a problem as well as fresh fruit salad & yogurts for breakfast along with homemade jam. This was Church Farm at Steeple Ashton, nr Trowbridge. We ate out at the Lamb on the Strand nr Semington - there were several dishes clearly marked GF on the menu eg smoked chicken & mango salad, scallop & bacon salad, Wiltshire ham, egg & saute potatoes and also several starters - good food but quite expensive and not huge portions but nice to see GF options on the menu. www.lambonthestrand.co.uk/
