Burford garden centre has a food area which stock gluten free biscuits and cake etc (not sure about what they offer in the cafe)
Moreton In Marsh has a fabulous cafe on the high street which advitises gluten free food. I have eaten there several times. They offer gluten free cream teas as well as hot meals. They have a good selection of puddings to! Yummy!
Its called The Market House (approx 10 miles from Burford)

I cant rememebr what's in Burford itself but have been to the Cotswold a number of times and found things to eat - quite a few indians around, and if you can make it to Moreton in the Marsh there is somewhere that does gluten free cream teas and many other food items.
