Posted by louise on 21/8/2005 www.thechurchillarms.com/ in paxford, near chipping campden i have been there for a meal, but it was when i was quite young and wasn't on any sort of special diet. i do remember it being very nice though the review on the GF map site speaks highly of it: " The chef (who is quite well-known) avoids wheat herself and lot of the food is gluten-free (certainly proper French sauces and gravies without flour). They also will make up and adapt dishes (mainly meat). The confit of duck is do die for and the roast pork has the best crackling I've ever had. Also the most wonderful hot beetroot and the cheesecake comes with a separate biscuit so you can give that to someone else. To limit numbers there's NO booking so get there EARLY especially on a Sunday. "
