I found 3 types of cereal in here that I've never seen before here in the UK supermarkets, so bought them! as you do. Other yummy things too but you have to search as they are mixed in with all the organic things, not sectioned to GF only.

Did also find in Godshill a tea room called The Holliesit had a sign outside saying ask re gluton & wheat free - yes it was their spelling not mine - however we went in & the staff were lovely. The chef's wife is GF & he was very helpful, most sandwich fillings on the menu he could do in Genius bread or GF pitta bread YIPPEE, he explained he made them in a seperate area & they also had GF biscuits for sale too. We were very impressed. Had a gorgeous GF bacon sandwich in Genius bread & with a side salad & bourbon biscuits to finish. A very happy customer...
