What a coincidence! We were in Cribbs Causeway over Easter - the first time in the area - and took our 6 year old out for a GF meal at TGI's. They were very helpful - they have a big book of info for you to look at and you can see what does not contain gluten. He had a lovely cheese burger (no bun, but could have taken my own) with fries and then "dirt and worm pie" to finish. Loved it!
They don't now say GF in the book, but that the product does not contain gluten, but cannot guarantee no cross contamination. However, we have eaten at other TGI's with no problem.
Have a great time!

I visited the Nando's at Cribs before Xmas & it was great. Ask for the ingredients book that they keep behind the till that tells you the ingredients of all items. The chips are McCain & are all fryed on their own

We have family nearby so haven't actually had a meal there except at Harry Ramsdens (prior to diagnosis).
You can consult the Nandos website for GF items.
We have eaten at the Basildon one and found it OK.
There is a John Lewis at Cribbs Causeway which is excellent for GF cakes. Try giving them a call about GF food as the John Lewis at Bluewater does GF pasta (you have to ask for it to be cooked for you - be prepared for a delay).
There is also a large M&S that should do some GF cakes.
