One meal I have really missed, since being diagnosed Coeliac in 2000, is fish and chips. to my delight I have found a restaurant that will prepare gluten free fish and chips. I ran a conference at this venue and they provided me with gluten free sandwiches, Christmas cake, pasta and so much more, they really bent over backwards to cater for me.
