It is a good basic GF cookbook.

I have a book called "The Gluten Free Diet", it is about five years old, but I understand it has been updated recently. I bought it when I was first diagnosed as it contains information about coeliac disease as well as recipies. It is written by Dr Peter Rawcliffe and Ruth James. It is divided into sections like soup, vegetarian etc. Some of the recipies can be frozen as well...
