Cardigan Bay places to eat (and the mcflurry)

...
My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her delicious gluten-free ice-cream in Gluten free cones from Cadwallers in Criccieth (thanks Sian from North Wales!) I believe there are several Cadwallers in Wales, and I thought the ice-cream was delicious, loads of scrummy flavours to pick from.
We also found a really lovely cafe in Harlech that sells the most delicious GF food. One of the very helpful owners has Coeliacs so they are fully aware of contamination and as well as selling various GF yummy scones etc they also have GF sausages and fry thier perfect chips in a separate fryer making them ok to eat as well. The only problem was that after cleaning her plate (unusual) of her GF sausage, egg and chips my dd had no space left for a cake

Oh, and not specific to Cardigan Bay at all, but a very helpful person at McDonalds suggested a mint choc cornetto mcflurry (without any wafer bits added) for my green eyed daughter after double checking the mint choc sauce was GF. I had a sneaky taste and it was delicious.
