tir a mor chippy, llanrwst Posted by Sian north wales (hubby) on 28/7/2007 Had our fish and chips last night. They've been doing gf for about 6 months but obviously kept it quiet! The gf fish is cooked with the chips which I initially felt a bit uneasy about but they obviously know about cross contamination as the girl serving carefully washed the tongs before handling the gf fish. We caught them at their busiest time (about 8pm on a Friday night) but they were very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended - shall be calling there again. It's on Denbigh Street, which, confusingly, is the road to Abergele. ..... Llanrwst is only small but we got lost trying to find it! From B-y-C turn right in the centre of Llanrwst by the square (road to Abergele) - Tir a Mor is about 50y on LHS. Also worth a go is Ty'n y Coed pub about 3 miles W of B-y-C, not been there for a year or so but they do all sorts of gf inc pasta and pizza. Try this link: www.go-gluten-free-wheat-free.co ... ?counid=23 Yr Hafod is good food but, how shall I put it, somewhat eccentric!…..
