The cottges chip shop at North walsham,
we arrived there parked in Sainsburys carpark walked across the road & he turned the sign to closed, i could heve cried! the guy came out sorry we are closed, i said we have come all the way from wales for your gf fish & chips, you best come in he said, so needless to say Bill was like a child in a sweet shop with his battered fish chips and mushy peas, lovely to see him eating fish & chips from a chippy the first time in 10 years! boy did he enjoy it, so all in all was a lovely few days away, it is possible for people to cater for coeliacs, if only everyone could be bothered just the same as our experiences of this last weekend. ....Lyn G Site Admin Posts: 4767 Joined: Thu Jul 04, 2002 4:33 pm Location: Dorset Private messageE-mail Lyn G

The Three Cottages, North Walsham
Visited the Three Cottages fish and chip shop last weekend and had wonderful gluten free fish and chips! Would recommend it to anyone visiting this area to give it a try. The rest of the family also highly recommend the 'normal' fish and chips for those members of your family who are not coeliac.
