From CUK Syrup Sponge Pudding to die for? The World's End in Almer has a very good gluten-free menu which includes an absolutely wonderful syrup sponge pudding. I try to have a small main meal so I have room for the pudding! They do have a very good menu - so go out and enjoy it. Telephone: 01929 459671 ALMER The World's End. 01929 459671. There was a choice of five main courses on the gf menu. I had chicken korma which was super. I was offered treacle or chocolate sponge for pudding but couldn't manage it after the main course. Would thoroughly recommend this place. From Simon : I've been there, it's very good. Not too far away is Corfe Castle, which has a National Trust tearoom with loads of GF cake etc. **************************

..... I would recommend the chocolate pudding because it is DELICIOUS. Most places tend to do these sorts of things but they're often very dry. It's a moist chocolate pudding which they will serve with cream or ice cream (I recommend the cream) and it's really quite big and VERY filling!
