Blimey, let's see!
In Lyndhurst, Forest Glade ice cream (in the main high street) does the most incredible gluten free ice cream I've ever tasted! They also have a tea room there that caters for coeliacs, although I've not tried myself.
For Bournemouth, you do have Natural Bourne Grillers, ..... There's also Corianders Mexican restaurant and my fave in the area... All their enchiladas and nachos are made using gluten free corn tortillas and they have a huge variety of options.
There's also a Bella Italia, a Pizza Express and a Wagamama in the town centre, all of which I've eaten at many times.
In the direction of Poole, there's Sandwiches etc. in the high street, which caters for coeliacs. There's the Bearcross pub ( sort of between Poole and Bournemouth), which has a separate gluten free menu.
Really, we're spoilt for choice around the Poole and Bournemouth area, so you shouldn't have any problems finding places to eat....

We stayed at the premiere inn Christchurch east a few months ago. It's walking distance from a gluten free chippy where u can eat in and also it's attached to a beefeater where the staff were excellent about catering safely for us. They were v clued up. So we ate like kings!!! Also when we were out and about we saw places doing gluten free options, pasta, cakes. The supermarkets were also well stocked. If I went to that area again I would feel confident in finding options for sure.

My friend owns the Fernhill hotel near Charmouth. They do gluten free food. Its in an ideal place for visiting the lyme regis area.
