Switzerland Posted by Gill(Dorset) on 27/7/2013 GF board We holiday in Switzerland every year, mainly in the Interlaken area (Gorgeous!!) We always self cater which we find easier as the selection of gf food in supermarkets Migros and Co-op is really good. The co-op sell a wide variety of DS gluten free items including different breads and rolls, pizza, lasagne, etc. They also sell many readymade meals by Betti Bossi which are really good. Everything is well marked as to whether a product contains gluten or not. There is always the 'Reformhaus' shops which are similar to health food shops. They also carry lots of different gf foods. I don't think you will have any problems as most restaurants and hotels are quite clued up when it comes to eating gluten free. Hope you have a fab holiday. We will be there at the end of Sept - cant wait! *************** Re: Switzerland Posted by Audrey on 27/7/2013 I wonder if this website would be helpful to you. www.celiactravel.com/stories/eating-gluten-free-in-switzerland/
