Hi everyone,
I am currently in my final year of uni studying a BSc Hons Degree in Food, Design and Nutrition at Queens University Belfast. My Dissertation topic is on 'Consumer Perception on the availability of gluten free products'. I have a quick questionnaire that needs to be completed in order for me to gather information. It can be completed by anyone who purchases gluten free for whatever reason. I will attach it below and I would be extremely grateful if any of you on this forum would mind taking the time to fill it out for me. Thanks a lot, Natasha.
