APRICOT TEACAKE 60gm softened butter or pure 114gm caster sugar 1 egg 228gm Self raising flour 75gm milk As many Apricots as you like Preheat oven to 180c line a 20cm cake tin, shallow tin is best Cream the butter or pure together ass the egg then fold it the flour and the milk Spread the mix into the tin use the apricots to decorate the top of the cake.
