Does anyone know how they have achieved such great GF awareness in Australia?
We have just been visiting my brother who lives in Brisbane and found that every cafe/bar & restaurant knew what GF and cross contamination meant and could provide several choices.
It was great for my coeliac daughter and she felt it was far less akward than in the UK. Even in a small cafe on a mountain 5 of the 10 cakes were GF. Labelling was excellent too. Would be great if we coudl achieve this in the UK!
