Ingredients6oz pure dairy free sunflower spread 6oz caster sugar 3 medium eggs 6oz Doves self-raising flour 2 x 7 inch baking tins Method Beat pure dairy free sunflower spread and caster sugar until pale in colour Beat in eggs one at a time Gradually fold Doves self-raising flour into mix Divide evenly into the 2 tins Bake in the middle oven 180C / Fan 160C for about 20 mins until golden brown Butter cream Mix pure dairy free sunflower spread with icing sugar, 1tbl of cold soya milk and vanilla essence to taste until thick and creamy If you’re not on a dairy free diet, butter works just as well, it only took around 20 minutes to make.
