I used it to make Sausage Rolls, mince meat puff tart and a sort of little croissant! Well the non gluten free persons are busy tucking in saying that they are the best sausage rolls ever eaten, and I have to say that I am grinning like a cheshire cat, they have all puffed up and are so flaky, its great The little croissant has now gone and was wonderful, flaky and sort of like the real thing!!
