Vee's Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

I use
100g cornflour, 3 eggs 1/4 pt milk pinch salt oil for cooking
heat oven to 100C mix eggs, salt and cornflour to a smooth batter add milk heat oil until steaming and sizzling then pour in batter cook in very hot oven ( 200 C ?)
experiment with your own oven as temps often vary some people leave the puddings in a little longer to crisp up
I freeze leftovers and then put in a hot oven for a couple of minutes
