Much depends upon whether an application has been made to the powers that be for "Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy" and/or "Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy with Coexisting Wheat Sensitivity". There are a number of products listed under "Gluten Sensitive Enteropathy" which are both wheat free and gluten free (e.g. Wellfoods products). In Coeliac UK's Food & Drink Directory gluten free products on the Drug Tariff list which contain Codex wheat starch are identified by the use of a blue triangle. All the other Drug Tariff items are both gluten free and wheat free. .....
