Spicy scrambled eggs
From ‘Spice Girl’,
The Guardian page 8 G2 on 26.05.04
....eggs were scrambled with brightly coloured vegetables, garam masala and chilli.

Fry slices of onions, green, red & yellow sweet pepper in olive oil. Add garam masala & then chilli sauce to taste. Scramble eggs separately using butter. Gently stir in the cooked spicy veg to them & eat.
